Registration
Please complete the following form and return it by e-mail (secretariat@egytpandwater-congress.org) or by fax (+39 063728102) to Conference Secretariat by 30 April 2003.
For
logistical reasons it will not be possible to accept all registration forms. We
can accept only a limited number of participants, due to the limited capacity of
the Conference Hall.
For
this reason the speakers must send an abstract, not exceeding one page, together
with the registration form, via e mail (secretariat@egytpandwater-congress.org)
or by fax (+39 063728102).
The papers are accepted in HTML, PDF, RTF, DOC
format.
If
the number of papers accepted exceeds what can be fitted into the Conference
sessions, a selection will be made on the basis of the abstracts submitted and
in consultation with the Advisory Committee. Any papers that are accepted but
cannot be fitted can be presented alternatively as posters.
Those who register in order to present a poster must send an abstract, not exceeding one page, together with the registration form, in the way described above for papers.
Both papers and posters will be included in the book of abstracts (see “Abstracts”).
Registrations to attend the Conference without giving a paper are welcome. These will be accepted on a first come-first served basis.
The Conference Secretariat will notify via e-mail or fax all whose registration form has been accepted no later than 30 May 2003.
Registration fee will have to be paid to our appointed agent (see “Registration Fee” and “Payments”).
All those attending the Conference must register between 12am and 8 pm on 14 October 2003 at the Conference Registration Desk, c/o “Salone delle Terme” (inside Terme building) in Chianciano Terme (Siena).
