The Conference organizers have arranged a special hotel tariff for Conference participants, with accommodation in various hotels (cat. 3*), all within three minutes’ walking distance from the Conference venue in the Salone/Hall of Terme.
We have appointed a
travel agency to arrange the following:
assistance
and transfer by private shuttle bus directly from the Airport (Rome
Fiumicino) to the hotel reserved in Chianciano Terme
hotel
reservation
on request,
the arranging to share a room with a collegue
help-desk
at the Conference Hall (including confirmation of flights)
arranging
pre/post Conference tours of Florence, Rome etc.

These rates are inclusive for 4 nights bed and breakfast from 14th to 18th October 2003, including assistance upon arrival and transfer by private shuttle bus from Rome Fiumicino Airport to the hotel in Chianciano Terme.
If you make your own way to the hotel in Chianciano, the rate is reduced by Euro 25,00.

You may request a return transfer from Chianciano Terme to Rome Fiumicino Airport for Euro 25,00 (minimum 25 passengers).
You will be notified of the confirmation of the hotel booking (with the possibility of sharing) and the method of payment by the Conference Secretariat, together with the acceptance for the Conference, by 30 May 2003.
One month prior to the start of the Conference, you will be sent the name and address (with phone and fax) of the hotel in which you have a reservation.
You will also be sent vouchers for the hotel and for the private bus transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport to the hotel in Chianciano Terme.
